A "Living Will" allows the recording of information which reflects your wishes regarding medical intervention at a time when you may not be able to communicate your requests. This would include treatments including cardiopulmonary resucitation, intubation, intravenous fluids, antibiotics and blood transfusions. Wishes Beyond Life provides you the ability to print off a hard copy of your Living Will which can be signed by yourself and a witness to legalise the document which you can then forward to your nominated representative eg GP, Hospital, Solicitor and family and friends.
An "End of Life Plan" provides you the opportunity to discuss your wishes with loved ones, and to record personal information relevant to your departure from this world. Once you have recorded your wishes, you and your family can be reassured and can enjoy the remainder of your time, knowing that your wishes and the dignity with which you lived your life will be maintained on your departure from this world.
Wishes Beyond Life will provide you the opportunity to record your burial/cremation wishes, organ donation and gift of your body to medical science but also allows you to free text and record any specific details you may want to record related to clothing, jewelry on burial/cremation or the flowers, music, literature at the final service and so on. In fact you can record anything that will give you the satisfaction of knowing that your loved ones have the blueprint to arrange your departure just the way you would have liked it.
End of Life Plan is not applicable to under-18s.
